I like comments
It has been a while since I posted, and I decided that I like comments, even bad ones to things I have written because it means people actually read it. For example, as an introduction to a peice I wrote in high school, I put an address for people to send hate mail to.
I dont really know what else to say. I am going to try and get back to school on the 29th of August and will be working until the 25th or so if people are interested in visiting...I have still been feeling rather isolated.
One more thing that I learned about myself is that when I am tired or only half paying attention to a movie, historical innacuracies bother me more. Example: last night I was watching Van Helsing and it is supposed to be based in 1887, but as I watched the movie, I kept saying "to advanced" or "not advanced enough". Such was the case with the repeating crossbow...if you can do that with a crossbow, why cant you do that with a gun which requires less space, esspecially being just twenty years or so from the first true sub machine guns. Another example was the scene of sailing from Italy to Serbia...they were sailing in a ship design that essentially dates from the American revolution, making it only 100 years out of date. By 1887, they were thirty years past the first true screw driven ironclads and mere years from the birth of the juggernaut style battleship...making the age of sail a thing of the past. Anyway, when I am tired, things bother me more.
Noodle out.

For some reason, I'm rarely able to stay awake through an entire movie, especially not if I'm tired. Rather then look for historical inaccuracies, I tend to fall asleep in somebody else's room then wake up to find my toenails painted bright green.
