Valentines day

I have been thinking hard on trying to figure out a day of the year like that like worse than valentines day (as in a holiday) and I am struggling. Most of the other holidays result in people getting food which is always good, or really celebrating something (although for the past 4 years inauguration day I dislike more than valentines day). Valentines day is different because unlike the other consumer holidays (which is now all of them) valentines day results in people who already have each other being together and having a good time being obsessed with their significant other and those people receiving candies and flowers that will die shortly thereafter while for the people who are single and care about it, it results in a day that they get to sit there, single and alone looking at an increase in pda.

Something that is good for those single people and the other problem with valentines day is that it is just one day. I am not endorsing the extension of valentines day, but I am saying that while it probably shouldnt be chocolates and flowers every day, people using this day as an excuse to show people how they feel is absolute bullshit and they should be doing it everyday anyway.

Thats all for now and there may be another pose today, but then again maybe not as valentines day probably isnt a good choice for me to vent/preach/ramble/rave on
